The old, historian villa “Residenza sul Borgo” was built in the 17th century and is located close to Finalborgo’s town center. The accommodation offers a pool, parking lot, wifi as well as a bike room including special tool kits.

The sixteenth-century villa which houses the apartments of the "Residenza sul Borgo" is in Finalborgo. It has been recently refurbished and every apartment (one-two-or threeroomed) has fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, outdoor area. Inside, bed linen and towels, iron, TV-SAT and internet connection are to be found.

Shops, supermarket and chemistry are just a few meters from the house. Our guests bikers can enjoy the bikeroom (equipped with tools) and the washing point. Swimming pool with hydro-massage and parking are reserved for our guests.

Mountain biking has been growing in recent years in Finale Ligure and has become a 360º absolute experience. Hundreds of kms of paths will meet not only the most demanding bikers’ requirements but also the desires of those people who are looking for a more touristic and familiar dimension. Everyone is given the opportunity and the pleasure to ride along the routes which have hosted and are hosting the competitions of the most important national and international circuits. Facilities and services have been carefully organised to fulfil the expectations of the Residenza sul Borgo guests who come to live an experience like this: bikers’ entrance, bikeroom, toolroom, washing point, theme books and maps available, contacts with guides, professional teachers and shuttles for whatsoever level or need.
